Being based in Cornwall, we’re a little bit biased when it comes to talking about this beautiful part of the UK. But there’s no denying that our county has some truly spectacular coastlines and plenty more besides.
We know that lockdown means you can’t head off to explore our beautiful coastal pathways and stunning walking routes at the moment, but that doesn’t mean you can’t seek inspiration for later in the year when restrictions are (hopefully) relaxed.
A new ITV series featuring Julia Bradbury could therefore be exactly what you’re looking for, with the presenter exploring some of Devon and Cornwall’s top walks.
Among the Cornish locations she visits in the eight-part series are Land’s End, The Lizard, Padstow and Helford.
Speaking to Cornwall Live, she commented: “The best way to see the true landscape of Cornwall and Devon is on foot. I’ll be going to the places only your walking boots can take you, from the rugged rocks of Dartmoor to the drama of the North Atlantic coast.”
If you’re planning a walking trip at some point, or even just a holiday that includes the odd hike, pack a few cans of our CBD cream soda in your bag to give you some delicious refreshments while you’re out and about soaking up the scenery.
Last year, Cornwall Live shared the list of the best Cornish beaches, according to TripAdvisor. At the top of the list was Crantock Beach, with one reviewer describing it as “breathtaking”.
Porthminster beach was named in second place, followed by Gwithian, Hayle Towans and Perranporth.
